Project Architect - Akron, OH - Job 24-00751

Work From Home -This position is hybrid with in-office time and flexible remote hours.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00/HR Part-time and full-time hours available

A company located in Akron is seeking to hire a Project Architect. You will play a key role in overseeing the design, documentation and construction of architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects from conception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Develop architectural designs and plans in collaboration with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Revit for drafting and detailing
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during the build phase¿
• Review and approve material selections and finishes

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
