Technical Support Manager - Macedonia, OH - JOB 21-00422

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

A NEO elevator company is seeking to add a Technical Support Manager to their team.

Required:

  • Past elevator related experienced.
  • Bachelor degree in an engineering field or related
  • 3+ years of mechanical product support preferred
  • Troubleshoot, install, diagnose customer problems.
  • Support customer/staff with procedural documentation
  • Process warranty claims
  • Order parts
  • Monitor time lines
  • Support new product lines


Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Permanent Position with Benefits
