Motor Club of America Enterprises, Inc., is seeking an ambitious, driven, personable, outgoing, career-oriented sales professional to join their team. Sales experience, while a plus, is not required. You must be comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients. Unlike most Motor Clubs, MCA invest 100% of its advertising cost directly into its members. MCA does not invest in radio, television, print, or Internet advertisements. Word of mouth advertising is the chosen format and it makes our customers happy to have extra income coming in by simply sharing our benefits with others. 

Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about motor club options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.

Requirements:

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Ability to conduct interviews on the phone
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Enthusiastic about the role motor club industry and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
