We are a real estate company looking for a reliable and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of real estate professionals.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to emails and other correspondence
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Data entry and database management
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Assisting with marketing and social media efforts
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
