Shop Helper

Pay: $17-18HR.

Hours: Monday – Saturday 1st shift 6AM-4:30PM OR 2nd shift 4:30PM-3AM

The Shop Helper assists craftsmen with various tasks, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting skilled craftsmen with daily tasks and assignments.
• Maintaining the company's productivity and quality standards through consistent performance.
• Upholding 5’s requirements and contributing to project efficiency.
• Operating overhead cranes, power tools, and shop equipment safely.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Basic experience in a fabrication shop.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.
• Basic skills in reading and writing shop communications.
• Ability to use a tape measure and read shop drawings.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new tasks.
