Structure Leadman

Pay: $28+/HR. (Based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 5AM-3:30PM

Job type: Temp to Hire

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

The Structure Leadman is responsible for leading safety efforts, managing manpower, and ensuring quality and delivery targets are met.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running bi-weekly safety meetings to keep the crew safe and focused on zero injuries.
  • Reinforcing safety rules, spotting hazards, and keeping the workplace organized using 5S and good housekeeping practices.
  • Managing the team to ensure attendance, production capacity, and delivery schedules are on track.
  • Keeping an eye on product quality, making sure it meets ISO standards and passes inspections.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of manufacturing / welding experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
  • High school diploma or GED.
