Seeking Local Work w/Small Business - Online Assistant
I am looking for a local small business, or someone that is in the process of starting a small business, to assist you online with general day to day duties. I am in the Lakewood/Long Beach area.
I have many years of experience running a small business office. Just a few of the main duties include customer service, data entry, advertising, ordering, estimating, etc....
Up until recently, and for the past 5 years, I have been working with a friend who owns a small installation company. I have helped him grow the business from the beginning by setting up a website, and getting his business in front of customers with social media and online advertising. I have created accounts and relationships with local manufacturers, and have been ordering all materials needed for various projects. I handled all of the day to day customer service duties such as answering calls and email inquiries, quoting installation and repair costs, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
