1. We will usually ships your order out within 5 business days. If your order specs are not clear then it will be delayed until we get a clear specs from you.
2. Different destination has different delivery time. Once the tracking number is updated then you will get the package sooner or later. It you did not get it in one month. Please contact us and we will solve it.
3. Cooperate to make customs clearance is your duty. So please be cooperated to this and some time you need to pay customs duty tax which is charged by your country customs not seller. Please note.
4. If you receive the package in damaged status. Please take photos and contact us and we will send you new replacement free of charge.
5. If you used the good. We can only give you partial refund. Even you receive the goods back to me. We can not sell it again.
6. If you do not use the goods and do not like it. You can return it back to us at your cost and we will give you full refund when we get the package.
7. Dispute and negative feedback is not peaceful way to solve problem. If you have any problem about your order. Please contact us first before you open dispute or left negative feedback. I promise you will get a reasonable solution.
8. The head cover presented with the golf club is random. The head cover we send out are all intact. If the head cover is damaged due to transportation, you can add 5 dollars to let us reissue a head cover, or initiate a dispute to choose logistics damage.
9. If you need to specify a grip or head cover, you can add 5 dollars, and I will provide you with an extra grip or head cover, and you can change it yourself.
