This is the fastest boxing reflex ball on the market! Competitor balls are light foam that weigh 0.6 grams, hard to control and a disappointment to the buyers but ok for children.
The Rapid Reflex Ball weighs 3.3 ounces. Larger in diameter and the elastic band is thicker. 
Solid rubber ball has the best feel when you hit it, you can blast into the ball and it springs back with super speed. Very fun to use I use mine at the beach.

Just tie the elastic band to the head bands metal ring and let the ball hang to the belly button. Use boxing gloves to punch the ball as it springs back and hit it again. Left right left right and keep it going .
