Our goal is to build a strong relationship with our clients therefore, we prioritize our customers first, always. Currently, we are looking for a talented User Support Technician that will perform maintenance and technical support tasks. This role will ensure that requests are managed effectively and responded to in a timely manner.

Job Description:

• Respond to the user requests either by phone, chat, email, or in-person when present in the office
• Refer to user guides, technical manuals and other documents to find solutions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by clients
• Install new computers with hardware and software components to ensure usability
• Resolve an array of technical problems, diagnosing and resolving remotely or onsite with applying patches, executing scripts or technical fixes
• Develop and implement technical procedures effectively and quickly addressing customers’ problems to minimize downtime
• Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
• Keep up to date of customers’ system and technique to ensure faster performance and fewer issues
• Offer advice and training to clients regarding various functions, applications and computer systems
• Educate clients on procedures for resolving or preventing recurrence of a technical problem

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

• Proficiency in computer operating systems, such as MS Windows, MAC OS and Linux
• Knowledge of a wide range of computer hardware and software systems
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Positive and professional demeanor

Work Experience:

• 1- 2 years of proven work experience as User Support Technician or relevant position

Education:

• College Diploma in computer science or a related field is required

Work Language:

• Proficiency in English comprehension and expression
