This is Technical Support customer service department job position.  We are interviewing candidates that have experience (appliance repair technicians).

If you are interested on working in an office as a customer service Tech, assisting on the road technicians.

Required Skills

• Ability to identify, diagnose, and solve unique and complex product specific technical problems.
• Ability to understand wiring diagrams and other technical information.
• Technical troubleshooting and triage skills respective to Home Appliance products
• Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to interact and de-escalate situations with the customer.
• Written communication skills – able to document content of calls quickly and concisely.

OFFICE HOURS 8:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
