Plumber

Millennial Homes Ltd is seeking to hire 1 Plumber to join our company on a full-time basis. We are looking for a hard-working, experienced plumber. Millennial Homes Ltd is located at 2640 McKenzie St. Penticton, BC V2A 6H7.

The Plumber will have a completion of Secondary School, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the field. Some industry courses in addition to the work experience would be considered an asset.

The right candidate will perform the following duties:

·         Ability to locate and assess plumbing problems. Install, repair, and maintain domestic, and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems.

·         Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems.

·         Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.

·         Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.

·         Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines.

·         Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with customers to explain the problems and how to fix them.

We are offering $25.00/hr for 40 hrs/week. Our projects are in Penticton, BC, and the surrounding areas.
