Mechanical Technician - Cleveland / Akron, Ohio - JOB 22-00590

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

Cleveland / Akron, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to train for production and also for field service machine set-up and repair.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude with a "fix it personality
• Valid driver's license and open to overnight travel (up to 35%) on short notice when needed
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel up to 20% on short notice when needed
• Solid understand of basic machine control

Additional skills preferred:

• Good with computers to load software and drivers, connect PC hardware, basic network and WIFI configuration
• Associate degree in Electronics (ASEE or ASEET) or trade school is a plus
• Solid understanding of electrical components (motors, sensors, relays...)
• Good with computers to load software and drivers, connect PC hardware, basic network and WIFI configuration
• I.T. network knowledge to connect machines, LAN switches, routers, fire walls, cables...
• Solid understand of basic machine control
