Our Culinary Training Program is now state-certified by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and certified by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.
Our training program is an intense, elevated 10-week professional training for the culinary industry with the goal of sustainable industry relevant employment. Students will be taught classical culinary knife skills, sauces, and cooking techniques; in addition, course-work will cover professional recipe writing, costing, and menu design and development. This course will provide training and testing for the Manager ServSafe Food Production Certification and the TABC Seller/Server Certification. The curriculum combines lecture, hands-on, and industry-relevant production through intern and/or externships.

Income less than 250% of federal poverty guidelines ($36,450 for an individual or $75,000 for a household of four)

Take assessments relating to barriers, academics, skills aptitude, and workplace readiness

Committed to completing the program and obtaining full-time employment in San Antonio within the industry of your training.
About Our Warehouse/Logistics Training Program
Our Warehouse/Logistics Training Program is now state-certified by the Texas Workforce Commission.
Through a rigorous 6-week professional training, individuals are taught industry-specific Warehouse/Logistics operations and management, safety protocols, and OSHA training while gaining hands-on training needed to achieve gainful employment in the field. This course will also provide training and testing for the Forklift Certification.
