Position: CDL A Truck Driver - OTR Experience Level: Minimum 6 months OTR experience required

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 26,000 pounds
• Transport goods and materials over long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer, reporting any maintenance or safety issues
• Manage and track delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
• Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise during the trip

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 6 months of recent OTR driving experience
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and tasks effectively
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
