Snowline Cabin #78 - The Hilltop Family Retreat With a Hot Tub!
Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, your family will be delighted with this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin perched on a hilltop. The first floor features a mudroom entryway designed for gear storage, plus an open and airy living room, kitchen, and dining area complete with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows offering a great territorial mountain view. You'll also enjoy a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a DVD/monitor for your viewing pleasure, as well as a breakfast bar, a dining table, and a dishwasher. There is also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, one full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Ascending the stairs to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds, and a master bedroom featuring 1-king sized bed plus a walk-out balcony overlooking the rear deck. The two bedrooms are flanked by another full bathroom. Just outside the back door is a wraparound deck with a private outdoor HOT TUB and a gas BBQ. This pet-friendly, wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation home will comfortably sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
RATES: Rates for Cabin #78 range from $249.00 to $409.00 per night (depending on the season) USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee, and from $1494.00 to $2454.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from 594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
