This condo is located in Beach Palms Condominiums which is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores, FL. The condo has a south view of the beach and water. Beach Palms is known to be beautifully maintained. It boasts a large gulf-side, heated pool. Two new Weber grills are located at the pool and are available for guests use.

The master bedroom has a Gulf view as well as an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as 32" flat screen TVs with DVD players. The family room has a 42" flat screen HD TV with DVD player along with a stereo/CD player. The kitchen is fully-equipped. A full size washer/dryer is available inside the unit. Also, free wireless Internet is available in the unit.

The condo is stocked with many extras including a Keurig machine, high chair, pack-n-play, beach chairs/umbrella, beach toys, and a cooler. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach on a daily or weekly basis.

Two elevators are located inside the building; thus, no stairs are required to access this second floor condo. Also, this makes for an easy walk to the beach. There is an assigned, covered parking space located beside the west elevators.

This luxurious condo is in a great location with many local restaurants and attractions nearby. Attractions include Splash Harbour Water Park, Ferry to Egmont Key, John's Pass, Salvador Dali Museum, Clearwater Aquarium home to Winter the Dolphin, outlet shopping (Tampa and Ellenton), Disney, Busch Gardens, Tampa Aquarium, and the Hard Rock Casino. Additionally, kids love Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise and putt-putt golf. Beach yoga classes are also nearby. A trolley stops in front of the building and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete.
