I’m a nice person who needs a forever home for my family and I.

This may sound like a strange post but the truth is this:
We're a hardworking family who are offering to live in your home when you’re gone. If you don’t want to leave your house to the nameless crooks at the bank, consider leaving it to decent people who just want to set down roots for good. We haven't been able to afford a home of our own because we're just trying to make ends meet, and saving for a down payment is tough when you don't have a ton of surplus funds. We're DIY kind of people who will treat your home with love and respect. Go ahead and run any background check on us, we're pretty boring. But you will find a couple of mini-documentaries about us and the community service that we've done for over ten years. One documentary is from AARP and the other is from People Magazine.
