This two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage has a large, fenced in backyard, where you will find the primary entrance to the cottage. In the bedrooms you'll find a Queen bed in the primary room, then a Full plus a Twin bed in the guest room. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The kitchen is modern with all the essentials. You'll find a great patio and grill outside too.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: Parking for two vehicles in driveway. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400/pet nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
