Security Deposits are non-refundable if the applicant cancels. There is a non-refundable administration fee of $25 per adult upon move in.

Pet Policy: Small dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered 30lb limit For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided. Monthly Pet Rent $25 per pet.
