Just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops, and a small family-owned grocery store. The covered deck provides a great outdoor dining space with partial views of the Intracoastal waterway. An open concept floor plan with hardwood floors welcomes you into this lovely property. The living room has sliding glass doors that connect to the deck outside and has ample seating. Down the hall you have a full bathroom with a combination shower tub that services the guest bedrooms and any visitors. There is a twin bedroom that has two free standing twin beds. A second guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The master is at the end of the hall with a cozy queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Assigned parking for this unit is located behind the property in the gravel lot. The entrance to the property is accessed via the left-hand exterior stairwell and the entry door is on the right once you reach the top of the stairs. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room. Keys to access this room are located inside the property.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin Parking: Assigned parking for 2 vehicles in gravel parking area. Prohibited: Smoking, Golf carts, Students, Mail and package delivery to property, Boat trailers and RV’s. Pet Policy: Pets not permitted.
