We are looking for a Roll-Off Driver with a class B and C license. In this role, you will be securing and transporting containers to various disposal sites which include landfills, transfer facilities and the various customer job site locations. They will need to navigate driveways, alleyways, job sites and traffic filled roadways. This may also entail operating in tight environments, backing up long distances such as private driveways, as well as heavy industrial and crowded city environments. Our ideal applicant has trucking experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with Truck & Go Companies Safety Rules, DOT (Department of Transportation) as well as all local, state, and federal laws.

• Transport containers to and from specific destinations.

• Loading and unloading containers

• Follow OSHA and DOT regulations

• Log pick-ups and deliveries of waste materials

• Assist with hooking and unhooking containers

• Roll Off Driver Requirements and Qualifications

• Commercial driver's license - Class B and C CDL with air brake endorsement

• Able to sit for long periods

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must attend and participate in all training and safety programs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Class B and C Commercial Driver's License.

• Must have a clean record 

• No tickets or accidents with the last 5 years

• Must have 3+ years of previous experience

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.

• Acceptable driving record required.

• Willing to perform random DOT drug tests.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).

• Perform the daily and routine requirements per the Class B and C or B license, including but not limited to safety inspections.

• Successfully complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check and motor vehicle record review.

• Trucking experience (A Must)

• Hazmat endorsement (A Must)

$25 to $30 Hourly
