Job Location: Various Locations, Lower Mainland, BC
Wage: $30.00 ~ $32.00/hour and entitled to 10 days paid vacation per year
Hour of Work: 40 hours per week
Start date of Employment: A.S.A.P (will be adjustable)

< Duties >

-Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements

-Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required. 

-Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.

-Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations. 

-Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.

< Requirements >
- Completion of secondary school is required.

- Completion of a three- to four-year apprenticeship program OR over four years of work experience in the construction field.
