Job Title : Mechanical Design Engineer
Qualification: BE /Btech /Dip -(MECHANICAL) 
Experience : 0 to 3years (with relevant Experience)
Package : 14k to 23k
Location : Thirumulaivoyal ,Ambattur 
Timing : 9.00am to 5.30pm

Key Skills :

3D MODELING & DRAFTING(SOLIDWORKS), 2D (AUTOCAD) (laser cutting),MACHINING KNOWLEDGE (vmc, cnc, m1tr,edm..etc) , MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE ,STATIC SIMULATION (SOLIDWORKS), GD& T KNOWLEDGE, QUALITY INSPECTION, JIGS AND FIXTURES KNOWLEDGE

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  To Design, Draft 2D, perform FEA for mechanical based products and other related components using CAD & Analysis Software
  To Design and develop Jigs & Fixtures required for testing
  Handling new projects from conceptual ideas/ design till completion
of product proving
  Involving in Testing of newly developed products along with Troubleshooting
  Implementing design improvements like cost reduction, functional enhancement and ensuring product standardization to existing products.
  Inspecting the manufactured components and proceeding for production
  To create BOM, vendor selection for manufacturing and doing material study before execution
