1.Experience & Expertise with design and development of all types of injection molds (3D Parting lines/Sliders/Litters/Multi cavities)

2. Experience with all types of Plastic materials and relates mold design (Gate/Runner/Ribs/Ejection/Cooling Systems)

3. Able to troubleshoot tool dimensions and appearance issues.

4. Experience with tooling structure related assembly function and tooling life management.

5. Knowledge of MFA and related inputs to be incorporated with tooling design

6. Identify and create maintain critical spares

7. Must Experience with DFM Creation and approval process

8. Must Experience with GD&T / Limits/ Fits and tolerance

9. Experience with ECN/ECO procedures system & implementation

10. Should have operations knowledge on the Tool Room Machine like EDM, Wirecut,VMC,CNC Turning,SG,CG and all conventional machines will be added advantage

11. Process Knowledge on the injection molding machines will be added advantage
