We are Hiring for VMC Machine Operator for our Plastic Injection Molding Component Manufacturing in Irrangatukottai Chennai

VMC Operator Machine Molds and Die

1) Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling grinding and Milling

2) Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints &
Mechanical readings.

3) Translate Instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct
functions

4) Prepare and load Raw materials and parts on to the machines

5) Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

6) Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to
produce a better result

7) Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with the requirements to determine
if the process has been completed properly

8) Check and Maintain Machinery daily to ensure functionally
