Position: Paint Shop Engineer

Location: chennai

Experience: 2 -5  Years

Responsibilities:
  Develop, implement, and optimize paint application processes to meet production goals and quality requirements.
  Monitor and control variables such as temperature, humidity, and paint viscosity to ensure consistent results.
  Troubleshoot issues related to paint application and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure painted products meet specifications for finish quality, colour accuracy, and durability.
  Manage inventory levels of paints, primers, solvents, and other materials used in the paint shop.
  Have knowledge of PU PAINT, POXY PAINT, OUTDOOR STRUCTURE PAINT

Required Skills:
  Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
  Logical thinking.
  Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E Mechanical

Salary :-  20k to 30k
