Educational qualification: BE (any), Diploma, ITI.

Experience: Fresh, 1-2 years as commissioning/ Service/ O & M engineers

Skills required:

1. The basic engineering knowledge

2. Able to work in field & site with adaptability.

3. Able to understand the DDC panel wiring, GA drawing. etc.

4. Knowledge MS- Office (excel, word, .. etc.)

5. Good English knowledge & communication skill

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Able to commission the BMS

2. Able to use the laptop, RS 485 converter, routers  ect for doing the commissioning & 3rd party integrations.

3. Has to have the knowledge of AHUs, Chillers & their controlling instruments.

4. Able to work in the various parts of karnataka

5. Understanding the cable routing, wiring for connecting the various panels in various floors.

6. Understanding the various equipment, DDC, PLC panels, wiring & their working.

7. Connecting with field devices with the DDC panel with correct terminals & configure the same in the software to make the system working.

8. Attending the fault in the various systems like BMS & solving the issues within the TAT.

9. Doing the survey for the various system & sending the report with the client requirement

10. Pre-planned maintenance activities in the service sites
