Dear  Friends!!

Role & responsibilities
  Work closely with the Engineering / Design Team to gather the technical requirements and create manufacturable designs.
  Need to understand the Sheetmetal manufacturing process and provide the manufacturable designs according to Lennox standards and create drawing and design documentation.
  Work on the tubing module to provide plumbing designs that can be manufactured across different factories of Lennox and create drawing for the Tubing.
  Work on creating design for the plastic components and create the plastic engineering models from Industrial designs.
  Creating the BOM and generating the manufacturing specification
  Must be able to multitask as multiple testing efforts run in parallel.
  Work well with limited supervision & ensure the new product development project schedule is on track.
  Able to analyze, investigate, brainstorm and implement a solution for the production failures and design challenges

Preferred candidate profile
  4 to 7 years Hands on experience in Creo
  Understanding of the PLM software preferably Windchill
  Sheetmetal Design & manufacturing process
  Plastic component design & manufacturing process
  Good Problem-solving skills.
  Experience of working/ understanding in Residential and commercial HVAC domains
  Good communication skills
  Understanding of GD & T, DFMEA
  Tolerance stack up analysis

Salary :  12k to 25k

Edu :  Dip /BE

Exp : 2 to 5 yrs
