BASIC FUNCTION:- Paint shop engineer

Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor and analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations within the paint shop area. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop and improve paint processes,

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Knowledge & skills for Fault finding & Prevention of repetitive failures
  Identify issue to solve Breakdown maintenance & Trouble shoot
  Good interpersonal skills & Leadership skills
  Ensure QC FPY Improvement for Painted jobs
  Ensure work with Safety and maintain area 5S
  Close Co-ordination between Shift Operators and painting team

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:- ITI, DIPLOMA, B.E

SALARY & BENEFITS:- MONTHLY 

BASIC- RS.18k
