Why this role?

We're looking for an energetic, ambitious, results-driven person to join our small but growing team of advertising ninjas and turn our online media campaigns up to 11. This role focuses on direct response advertising. KPIs are measured almost instantly, allowing you to be extremely agile and data-driven.

You will be responsible for managing the display advertising channel and achieving high-growth financial targets through testing, optimizing and implementing a wide range of display media campaigns.

What's the job?

Specifically, you will:

• Be responsible for driving increased revenue by creating, managing and growing our campaigns on the Google Display Network. There is also opportunity to manage other forms of display and digital media (SEM, Native, etc.).
• Grab the reins of our existing large-scale display campaigns and take them to the next level.
• Constantly and rigorously analyze campaign performance to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities using Google Analytics and in-house tracking technology.
• Investigate, identify and resolve day-to-day campaign performance issues and opportunities, including adjusting bids, writing ad copy, testing creative, expanding targeting methods and optimizing landing pages.
• Work closely with our Dev team to improve our digital marketing workflow and ultimately drive strong results as quickly as possible.
• Directly impact the bottom line with everything you do.

Are you the one?

We're looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing display advertising (specifically GDN), including building, optimizing and analyzing paid campaigns.
• Experience in some other areas: SEM, Native Advertising, Remarketing, Media Planning, Media Buying, Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Design, Big Data.
• An over-achiever with proven success in executing paid media campaigns to drive large scale, highly-profitable growth.
• Experience performing creative optimization, landing page analysis, and bidding analysis with a clear focus on ROI/ROAS.
• Exceptional analytic abilities and excitement in finding opportunities in the numbers.
• An excellent problem solver who is both open-minded and creative.
• Someone that thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment – a self-motivated over-achiever that just can’t bear to fail.
• A track record of rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to make things happen.
• Someone with extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills and advanced knowledge of Excel, including building pivot tables.
• Previous experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, performance-driven organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business or related field preferred.
