Photo etching company located in South El Monte is looking to hire a Shipping Clerk open to working hands on with manufacturing team.

Schedule:

• Schedule: Monday thru Thursday (10-hour days / 4/10 schedule)
• 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Off on Fridays with possibility of overtime on this day

Job Duties:

• Print travelers and material certs for all released jobs
• Shear / cut metal materials from coil stock per travel requirements.
• Receive Material, Artworks, O/P’s and any other incoming materials.
• Scan and file material certs that are received.
• Keep inventory of supplies such as boxes, tape, metal, etc.
• Perform M1 material transactions for all materials allocated to jobs. Ensure on-hand material quantities are accurate.
• Pull and inspect artworks for production jobs. File all artworks once used.
• Assemble/shim all new artworks and repair existing artworks as required.
• Package and process all shipments for UPS by 4:30 pm every day.
• Package and process all FedEx shipments by 1:30 pm
• Understands all information contained within the job folder.
• Fully complies with all safety procedures and wears required PPE to perform all duties.

• High School Diploma
• Problem solver with ability to organize multiple priorities, tasks, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate through a computer.
