       Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and profitability in the cosmetic industry.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, including sales and marketing professionals, product developers, and manufacturing staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Oversea the lunch of stone products, ensure that products are aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct management on various departments including product launching, sales and marketing, quality control, inventory management and customer relations.
• Develop and implement efficient production and retail processes to ensure high-quality service.
• Act as the official representative and spokesperson for the stone manufacturing company.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote stone products, increase brand visibility, and capture market share.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to employees to foster a productive and motivated workforce.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, production, and distribution of end products.
• Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Develop and manage the company's budget, monitor financial performance, and make strategic financial decisions to maximize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the company's products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of experience
• Language: English
