POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for training, leading, and evaluating people across our factory's functions for Continuous Improvement. You will evaluate data to assist us in identifying opportunities to improve our procedures and performance. In addition to routine industrial performance and engineering activities, you will be a team leader. The primary responsibilities of this position include TPM concept training and mentoring, as well as the use of important tools like GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, AM, and others. This position interfaces with all levels and functions within our Jacksonville office. Their efforts are critical to achieving breakthrough results in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and supply chain.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role is accountable for the factory's manufacturing excellence implementation plan, key pillar activities, and industrial performance duties, reporting directly to the Production Manager and functionally collaborating with Market ME Regional Managers.
