POSITION SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for educating, guiding, and evaluating staff throughout our factory's functions for Continuous Improvement as a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist. You will analyze data to help us discover opportunities to improve our performance and processes. You will also be a team leader while performing regular industrial performance and engineering duties. This position's key tasks include TPM concept training and coaching, as well as the usage of critical tools such as GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, AM, and others. This job connects with all levels and operations inside our firm at the Jacksonville site. Their contributions are important to attaining ground-breaking results in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and supply chain.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role is accountable for the factory's manufacturing excellence implementation plan, key pillar activities, and industrial performance duties, reporting directly to the Production Manager and functionally collaborating with Market ME Regional Managers.
