POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be in charge of educating, directing, and evaluating staff in our factory's Continuous Improvement functions. You will evaluate data to assist us in identifying opportunities for improvement in our performance and processes. You will be a team leader while executing normal industrial performance and engineering tasks. The primary responsibilities of this position include TPM concept training and coaching, as well as the use of important tools such as GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, AM, and others. This function interfaces with all levels and operations of our company at our Jacksonville site. Their efforts are critical to achieving breakthrough results in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and supply chain.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role is responsible for implementing the factory's manufacturing excellence plan, key pillar activities, and industrial performance duties, reporting directly to the Production Manager and functionally coordinating with Market ME Regional Managers.

You will analyze data to help us discover opportunities to improve our procedures and performance. In addition to typical industrial performance and engineering responsibilities, you will be a team leader. At the Jacksonville site, this role interfaces with all levels and operations of our organization.
