We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Description: 

1. Plan, organize and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

2. Manage service activities, resources, budgets and working schedules.

3. Conduct staff recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation.

4. Establish and promote updated knowledge of company policies and procedures.

5. Monitor opening and closing procedures and cash management activities.

6. Implement operational procedures and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

7. Determine the type of services to be offered and enhance the overall dining experience continuously.  

8. Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Contact and negotiate with vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels and supplies.

Qualifications:

1. A Secondary school graduation certificate is required.

2. Two to three years of restaurant management experience is required.
