Climate Control Storage

Most people don't understand what Climate Control mean when looking up storage pricing.  This is normal.  Climate Control means that the temperature of the building that units are located in stays at a set degree.  It is best to ask what the temperature is.  Most locations keep it at 78 degrees, but it can be as high as 80 degrees. 

The attached image is what climate control looks like.  There are multiple doors to access the building.  Some properties supply flat carts to make your loading easier.  Climate Control is great for storing items that are sensitive to temperature fluxuations.  Also, it keeps your items from being invaded by nature.  For example, dirt and dust blown in by the wind, lizards visiting your unit, spiders making their webs, etc.
