Miao’s Holding Inc. DBA Miao's Farm located at St. john's NL, is looking for a Farm Owner's Assistant (NOC 13100).

Your role will include:

• Supervising the execution of administrative tasks specific to farm management, including documentation, handling orders, and responding to client queries.
• Overseeing the procurement and management of resources necessary for farm machinery and grass cultivation.
• Assisting in the formulation of financial plans and enforcing budgetary guidelines.
• Providing support in the strategic planning and implementation of farming projects, which includes land improvement and the harvesting of sod.
• Organizing the acquisition of essential agricultural resources, such as machinery, seeds, and fertilizers.
• Compiling and presenting regular reports detailing the farm's productivity, sales figures, and operational effectiveness.
• Directing the farm's support personnel, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring a smooth work process.
• Managing communications with clients, overseeing order fulfillment, and addressing inquiries pertaining to sod products and services.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in administrative roles or agriculture preferred.

Benefits:

$26/h, 40h/week, 4% vacation pay.
