Calgary Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. located at Surrey, BC V3W 4E8 is looking to hire a full time/permanent Manager, catering service.

Duties include:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Salary is $29.00/hour(40 hours/week).
