Forklift Operator
PeopleReady of Rochester, NY is now hiring Forklift Operators!As a Forklift Operator, you will move pallets, containers, and material in a warehouse environment.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Forklift Operator:
- Unload and upload material
- Identify damages and report shortages
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Inspect machinery
- Determine and keep record of repairs
- Keep work environment clean and safe
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Valid certification and experience to operate forklift
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
- Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
