Volunteers needed for a nutrition study at WSU. You may be eligible for this study to determine the ability of elderberry juice consumption to enhance blood sugar, fat metabolism, and the fecal microbiome. Findings from this study could be used to support production of elderberries as an agricultural product. The study will be 5 weeks long, with 2 weeks of study participation separated by 3 weeks of break. Compensation for time and inconvenience will be provided. Some volunteers may not be eligible.
