YOU MUST EITHER OWN THE PROPERTY, HAVE IT UNDER CONTRACT OR BE THE AGENT OF RECORD.  NOT INTERESTED IN BEING PAST #2 IN LINE ON ANY DEAL…WAY TOO MANY PROPERTIES AVAILABLE & NO ONE LIKES ‘DAISY CHAINS’.

Rehabs, Gut Rehabs, Fire Damage, to Move in Ready we will look at them all. Residential properties we prefer them not occupied but not necessary.
