Zoomak Korean Tavern is currently looking for a permanent, full-time Restaurant Manager.

Terms of Employment

Position: Restaurant Manager

Vacancy: One (1)

Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Wage: CAD$26.44 /hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay

Duties & Responsibilities

-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant

-Set staff work schedules and monitor each staff’s performance

-Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

-Handle and resolve customer complaints

-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for all supplies

-Recruit, train and supervise staff

Employment Requirements

• Language: English is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience required.
