Nami Japanese Restaurant in White Rock, BC is looking for qualified Cooks to join our team.

Job Position: Cook

Number of Job Vacancies: 2

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes and food from menu including roll, donburi, teriyaki, tempura, etc.

- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

- Supervise and train kitchen helpers

- Ensure quality of food and proper size of food portions

- Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies and equipment

- Clean kitchen and work area

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hourly Wage: C$17.62~19.00 (depending on experience)

Work Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary

Job Location: White Rock, BC

Requirements

Completion of secondary school is required.

A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
