Modu Club is the largest racket sport center in Canada. Courts are available for badminton, pickleball, and table tennis. We are located in Nisku, AB Canada and we also have a cafeteria which serves high quality food and exceptional service. Now we are hiring Kitchen helpers.

Position: Kitchen Helper

Job Duties:

- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units

- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

- Place dishes in storage area

- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

- Package take-out food

- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs

- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

- Remove kitchen garbage and trash

- Sharpen kitchen knives

- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Requirement:

- Completion of secondary school.

- Experience is an asset

Conditions.

Wage: $15.50/ hour and 4% of vacation pay

Working Condition: 35 - 40 hours a week.
