Sapporo Kitchen in Surrey, BC is currently looking for competent Cooks to join our team.

Position: Cook (Full-time, Permanent)

Positions Available: 2

Wage: C$16.75~$17.25/hour (depending on experience)

Work hours: 30~40 hours per week

Vacations: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary

Work Location: #1-1625 152 Street, Surrey, BC V4A 4N3

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes and food items from menu including sushi rolls, Donburi, Bento, Udon, Teriyaki, etc. 

- Supervise and train kitchen helpers

- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

- Clean kitchen and work area

- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards and company policies

Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required.

- A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

- Language of Work: English
