Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week

Benefit: 5.77% gross salary as vacation renumeration

Extended medical insurance after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook Korean & Japanese foods such as Korean BBQ, Teriyaki, Bibimbap, Udon, Rolls etc.

- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special rolls.

- Prepare, make and cook sauces for sushi and Korean dishes on the menu.

- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

- Prepare, and cook according to customers’ allergic tolerances

- Oversee kitchen operations.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school.

Experience: 1-2 years experience in this field Or a Three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety.
