Mega Sushi in Richmond, BC is currently looking for permanent, full-time Line Cooks.

Position: Line Cook

Positions Available: 2

Wage: CAD$ 16.75~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week

Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay

Job Duties:

-Prepare and cook Japanese and Korean hot food items (Teriyaki, Donburi, Katsu, Chicken Karage, Bibimbap, etc.)

-Make food adjustments according to customer’s requests

-Supervise and train kitchen helpers with respect to food preparation

-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

- Follow food safety standards and company policies

-Clean kitchen and work area

Job requirements:

-Completion of secondary school is required.

-A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
