Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $50.00/HR Long Term Contract Assignment

A New Philadelphia, Ohio manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate facility infrastructure upgrade projects for industrial buildings.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School graduate required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Manager / Project Coordinator / Project Manager required.
• Knowledge of building components and structures is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in order to seek and compare bids.
• Ability to read building "blueprints ".
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experienced

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
